Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each report is a one-time digital product prepared specifically for you from the birth details you provide. Because generation begins immediately after payment and the result is delivered digitally, reports are generally non-refundable once they have been generated.

We will happily refund your payment in these cases:

• Your payment succeeded but the report failed to generate and we are unable to deliver it.
• You were charged more than once for the same order, or an accidental duplicate charge occurred.
• A technical error on our side prevented the report from being created or downloaded.

• The report was successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard.
• You disagree with, or are dissatisfied by, the interpretive content. Reports are guidance for personal reflection, not guaranteed predictions.
• Incorrect birth details were entered. Please double-check your details before paying.

An order can be cancelled at no charge any time before payment. After payment, generation starts right away, so cancellation is only possible if the report has not yet been delivered.

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your report ID and the mobile number used at checkout. Reach us any time via the Contact page. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
